I have been driving myself absolutely crazy today. For some reason I just cannot decide on what color scheme I want for my website. I know that sounds silly, but it does take time to go back and forth and change all of the minor details, there are a lot of different objects that have to be colored! I really enjoy the scheme of white, black, and gold, because that’s the color theme for my house in the fall. But my favorite color is coral, so I want to incorporate that into the layout as well. I feel like the pink or the gold color always looks tacky, and that I have to minimize my use of it. But then when there is too much white, I feel like it looks empty and unused. Hence how I am driving myself insane flipping colors all around, I need to take a break before I lose my head!
Another reason I may go crazy is because Michelle and I have to resize all of the pictures I resized two weeks ago for Scoop Charlotte! So she has been cropping the photos in Photoshop on her computer, and then I get the files from drop box and put them into the correct client folders on the website. We have been working on this project all day! Sometimes it’s frustrating because the client needs to send in new, updated photos, or else they will only have one or two pictures that are editable.
In order to make our way through this tedious process, we’ve had the TV on. After the morning news shows ended we started playing different reality TV shows. We started with The Real House Wives of New York, and once that ended we moved to The Real House Wives of Dallas. The ladies from New York are definitely more… intense. I wouldn’t expect anything less.
